Return Policy

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS

Damaged Products:

We accept returns within 14 days after delivery if a product arrives damaged. Upon confirmation of proof, should a product purchased from Delilog be found as damaged, we will promptly offer a full refund (inclusive of shipping costs) through the original payment method OR dispatch an immediate replacement. The return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.

Change of Mind: We do not provide refunds or exchanges if you have simply changed your mind about a product purchased from Delilog.
