Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Domestic shipping rates are determined by your location and will be calculated during checkout. An estimated delivery timeframe will be provided at checkout, varying between 3 to 14 business days based on your location.

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery timeframe provided, we cannot guarantee it with absolute certainty. Rest assured, we're committed to keeping you informed via email about any changes to your estimated delivery time.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at our Auburn, NSW 2144 warehouse from Monday to Friday, during regular business hours (excluding public holidays), between 8am and 3pm.

Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email notification. To facilitate coordination and scheduling for local pickups, please be ready to provide us with a mobile number.

Delivery

During checkout, enter your address and choose the "ship" option. Proceed by clicking the "continue to shipping" button.

Orders placed before 9am are eligible for same-day delivery, while those placed after this time will be delivered on the following business day. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for delivery. Please note that local deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes.
